"In 1980 I was put in contact with you and a man named Orin.My 1979 C.B.X was under warranty and had been rebuilt 4 times by honda dealers across America.Los angeles factory rep told me to bring it to you.Orin said he would do the work only if I was in no hurry.I had to move to florida so i left the bike with you.10 months later on January the 14 1981 I flew to your shop and Left there on myC.B.X wearing a levi Jacket Bell star 2 Helmet and in the sleet started to florida..Orin said your kidding ?It took me 16 days because I could only Ride from 10 am to 4 pm due to the cold.I only had gas Money so i slept on many floors at truck stops.Today I pulled into the house turning 186,000 miles on it all the while thanking Orin.I have had 4 cluches 3 Generators.18 sets of tires,7 sets of clutch springs 7generators outside bearngs.15 shims up top on the cams.She ran a 11.43 today at Gainsville.People thu out the years have asked who the hell is orin,I tell them the best dam honda Man ever ,I always wanted to tell you all about this .Mobile 1 rules and so does your Dealer ship. "

They ordered the helmet and got it in two days, faster than anyone was offering with no charges for shipping or transfer. "I had been considering the purchase of a BMW 1200 RT for several months & when I saw Salem Honda BMW Ducati had one equipped exactly as I wanted, I emailed about availability & had an immediate response form Wes Arnold. We exchanged emails for several days while he helped me arrange financing and he was prompt and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. All the arangements for the purchase were made by email & when I arrived in Salem to pick the bike up, everything was ready and exactly as Wes had said it would be. He went the extra mile to help me learn how to ride and handle the bike and rode with me until I was comfortable about starting the trip back to Boise. He followed up by calling and emailing to ask about my trip home and my satisfacton with the bike. I found Wes to be remarkably competent, efficent and helpful and I would recommend him, and Salem Honda BMW Ducati, without any reservations whatsoever.

"Saturday, June 7th was my first time in your shop. My appointment for service was at 9:00 AM. As I had rode over to Salem from the coast I scheduled my appointment for first in upon openning and had no choice but to stay at the dealership and look around. Unknowingly I met Mark, the BMW service tech first thing as he came riding into work. We had a short conversation before he headed in to work. I also met several other members of the staff this way as I was waiting outside the service dept. Everyone greeted me and many even took the time to chat briefly. I had the opportunity to talk at more length with many of the staff during my stay. I found everyone extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The parts staff were extremely friendly and helpful and tolerated my many questions and my just, "Hanging around" while my bike was serviced. Mark was extremely helpful and friendly, patiently answering all my questions and giving me tips on how to care for my bike. He got my bike in when it was scheduled and the service took exactly the time quoted. The price was fair and as quoted. I don't feel like I was sold anything I didn't need, and the attention to detail by Mark was outstanding. What can I say, you have another return customer, "I'll be back!" The owner and general manager of Salem Ducati, BMW, Honda should be very proud of the caliber, and professionalism of their staff. They're a great bunch!
